Actually I hate breakfast. I don’t like eating in the morning. I don’t like taking the time to make food. I don’t like taking the time to eat. I usually hate all breakfast type food…oh unless it’s for dinner. I just really am NOT a morning person at all. And all my life I hear,”Breakfast is the most important meal..blah..blah..blah!” And the really sad part is that I agree. So I try to be good but like I said I’m not a morning person. So I don’t eat and then sometimes get some lunch if I remember. Then I’m starving at dinner time and eat tons. Then want to snack all night because I’m hungry. This would be great for me except that it makes me fat. I am super cheap so being fat is a problem when you can’t fit into your clothes. I don’t want to but clothes when I have lots already. So when I can only fit into a few pants I decided time to buck up and eat better. So I try eating breakfast. But cereal bores me, pancakes etc gag me. Lunch food would be ok but I am just not into meal prep in the morn..remember I am not a morning person. So I started taking YL Balance Complete. It is A daily superfood energizer+nutritive cleanse. It is a meal replacement that I use for breakfast. If you want to lose weight you can do it for lunch also. It also has a low glycemic index. Anyway it is vanilla cream and it is delicious. It is 190 calories. But I personally like to add a banana and strawberries. And when I’m feeling a little wild I throw in some berries. It’s fast I just grab frozen fruit, a banana and 2 scoops of power mix it a blender and I’m done. Then I can carry my breakfast around and sip it all morning. It is totally filling. Most of the time I only have 1 1/2 scoops of powder because I tend to drink it slow and then don’t eat lunch but then I get too hungry by dinner. But it is so good that now all my kids are having it. My oldest son is 13 and beyond lazy when it comes to food, but on the otherhand he is always starving. He actually started making them too. A miracle that he did something in the kitchen. I was shocked. It has to be really good for him to do it. So it’s great a healthy breakfast, quick and I never get sick of it. And tell you it taste great!
ps-I also like to add hemp seed since my hubby’s family has high cholesterol.
